THE LEADERSHIP PATHWAY · OWN YOUR BRILLIANCE™
Leadership development coaching for executives ready for their next level
The next level is visible: a bigger role, a larger table, more exposure. What stands between you and it isn't talent. It's the patterns underneath, the self-doubt behind the polish, the over-functioning that's rewarded until it burns you out, the presence you perform instead of carry.
A six-month pathway for executives and corporate-sponsored leaders, in Houston, TX and worldwide.
"She helped me see that the CEO role I once feared was actually where I would thrive."

20+ YEARS PSYCHOLOGY & COACHINGTOP COACHES IN AMERICA 2025INSTITUTE OF COACHING, HARVARD AFFILIATE, FELLOW 2024HOUSTON'S #1 LIFE COACH 2024Leadership training teaches behaviors. I work with what produces them.
Most leadership development stops at the surface: communication frameworks, strategy tools, feedback models. Useful, and temporary. I combine a psychology background with 20+ years of executive coaching to work at the level of the beliefs and patterns that produce your behaviors, so the change holds.

The three patterns that cap high-performing leaders
High achievers are often rewarded for the very patterns that quietly limit them. Naming yours is the first step to neutralizing it.
Imposter Syndrome
Two cycles: perfectionism, overdoing without ever integrating success, and procrastination, self-sabotage that avoids the exposure of the bigger role.
People-Pleasing
Looks like helpfulness. Underneath, it costs you the hard conversations, the boundaries, and eventually the influence the role requires.
Over-Functioning
Never stopping. Externally rewarded, which makes it the hardest pattern to see, until it burns you out or caps your team's growth.
How the six months unfold
Deep work first, application throughout, and tools you keep for life.
01
The Inside Work
PATTERNS · BELIEFS · FOUNDATION
We start beneath the surface: identifying the patterns and beliefs that shape how you lead, naming the inner critic, and building the self-awareness that everything else stands on. Each session adds a tool to your personal Resiliency Toolbox.02
The Alignment
STRENGTHS · VALUES · VISION
We uncover your strengths, values, and the kind of leader you're actually built to be, not the one you've been performing. Your leadership vision gets mapped into a concrete roadmap with accountability.03
The Executive Application
PRESENCE · INFLUENCE · IMPACT
The inner work becomes visible: executive presence grounded in real confidence, influence in the rooms that matter, sustainable boundaries, and the resilience to lead at your next level without losing yourself to it.Presence you carry, not perform
Grounded confidence in the boardroom, with your team, and in the moments that matter.OUTCOMES

Prepared for the bigger role before you're in it, not scrambling after.FOR ORGANIZATIONS
Sponsoring a high-potential leader?
Organizations regularly invest in their leaders through this pathway, before they plateau, burn out, or walk out the door. Confidentiality is built in: your leader speaks freely, you receive progress-level updates.
"Your organization is investing in this leader because you see their potential. The risk isn't that they lack talent. It's that unaddressed patterns quietly cap how far that talent goes. I work directly with the patterns that limit performance, so the investment in this leader actually compounds."
"I came to Lisa overwhelmed, stressed, and on the edge of burnout. She helped me see that the CEO role I once feared was actually where I would thrive. I've never felt more aligned, confident, or fulfilled."

Leaders who did the inside work
"Lisa helped me uncover patterns I wasn't even aware of and develop the confidence to lead and live with clarity. Her guidance has changed my life in ways I didn't know were possible."

JENNIFER H. · VP OF OPERATIONSThe Leadership Pathway is for you if…
You're preparing for, or newly in, a bigger role
You look confident on the outside and quietly doubt on the inside
Your organization is investing in your development
You're succeeding at a pace that isn't sustainable
You're done with training that fades by the next quarter
It's probably not for you if…
You want tactics and templates rather than lasting change
You're in significant emotional distress; that deserves a therapist's dedicated care, and coaching builds toward the future, alongside or after that support
You're not ready to look at the patterns underneath
You can't commit to the work between sessions
Questions about the Leadership Pathway
-
A six-month leadership development coaching engagement, part of my Own Your Brilliance™ framework. It combines deep inside-out pattern work with executive presence and influence development, senior leaders, founders, physicians, executives and corporate-sponsored leaders.
-
Training teaches behaviors: communication frameworks, strategy tools, tactics. I will work with that and the beliefs and patterns that produce those behaviors, so the change holds after the program ends. My clients don't just perform better; they become different leaders entirely.
-
Six months, typically 18 sessions, at a frequency that suits your schedule. That structure gives us enough time to work the patterns at the root, not just the surface, and to apply what changes in real leadership situations as they arise. Many of my clients see valuable results within the initial engagement and choose to continue, some for several years. Whether we continue together is always your decision.
-
Yes, and it happens often. Organizations regularly sponsor high-potential leaders through this pathway, and many employers will pay for or reimburse coaching as professional development. Ask me how to make that request; I'm happy to provide what your organization needs. Coaching isn't covered by insurance, though it may be tax deductible. And confidentiality holds either way: you speak freely in our sessions, while your organization receives progress-level updates only.
-
Yes. Coaching conversations are confidential, including in corporate-sponsored engagements, with sensitive handling of any organizational information built in.
-
Yes. I'm based in Houston, TX and coach clients worldwide through virtual sessions.

Investment depends on the track length and scope. After a discovery call, I'll send a clear proposal with transparent pricing. The real question I'd ask you to sit with: what is staying stuck costing you, your team, or your organization?
-
Book a discovery call or email hello@lisareyna.com. I respond to every inquiry within 24 hours.
The next level is waiting. Become the leader it requires.
The question isn't whether you can afford to invest in yourself. It's what staying stuck is costing you, and everyone you lead.
