As a motivated, heart-centered leader, you know the importance of purpose. But, without the tangible skills—like unshakeable confidence, more effective communication, stress and time management, conflict resolution, and more—to bring your purpose to life, frustration can often take over and lead you away from your path. As a coach with 20+ years of experience helping professionals like you, my role is to be an ally to my clients and help them grow into the leaders they were meant to be. I do this by working closely with them through both inner work and skill-building, focused on their best interests and available to them in real-time as challenges arise.

MY APPROACH

You’ll also be given assignments to complete outside of our sessions to deepen the learning and help you start to apply what you learn right away.

When we begin meeting, we’ll choose three top goals for our work together. We’ll then move through the foundational stages of the process. The first step involves reflecting on your mindset and core beliefs, which will help you overcome self-doubt and imposter syndrome, building the momentum and positive outlook to move forward. 

Next, we’ll complete a series of assessments to determine your strengths, values, interests, professional personality, relational dynamics, and more. These qualities will help you connect to your most authentic leader. From there, we’ll create a professional roadmap, which will help you clearly envision your goals and connect to the “big why” behind wanting to achieve them. 

With all of this in place, we’ll begin creating and customizing tangible tools that will help you not only accomplish your professional goals, but find more fulfillment outside of work, too.
