I know what it is like to have the title and not the fulfillment.
Early in my career, I had success by every outside measure and still felt something was missing. That experience shaped how I coach and, in time, everything I do.
I help accomplished people align how they lead and live with who they are. I'm an executive coach and ICF Certified Coach, and I work with high-achieving professionals, physicians, founders, senior executives, and corporate-sponsored leaders.
My background is in psychology. More than twenty years of training in human behavior lets me see root causes in patterns, belief systems, and relationships. Most coaching works on external skills. I work on the beliefs that produce them. That is why the change lasts.
