Definitely. Having an understanding of psychology helps me recognize people’s motives and tailor my approach to their strengths. The difference between therapy and coaching, though, is that as a coach, I focus more on the present and future than on the past. We’ll still contextualize what you’re facing and what your desires are, but we’ll mostly work on moving forward.
-
I take my clients’ privacy and confidentiality very seriously and hold myself to the highest ethical standard.
We agree to confidentiality in our coaching agreement, which stipulates our sessions are protected as confidential. Your information is also stored in a secure portal.

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support growth, clarity, and action. While many clients experience meaningful results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. I provide coaching services only — not therapy, medical treatment, legal, or financial advice. If you need those services, please consult a licensed professional.

The benefits of coaching go beyond external results. While I can’t guarantee anything specific, the most common internal results my clients report include more confidence, a sense of inner peace, resilience, ease, and more control over themselves as a leader and their professional lives as a whole.
As far as external results, I’ve seen these internal shifts translate to things like six-figure bonuses, getting multiple promotions in one year, and hitting record-high revenue and profits.
