MY STORY

I know what it's like to have the high salary and zero fulfillment

Early in my career, I had success by every external measure and still felt something was missing. That experience became the foundation of my proprietary value-mining process, and eventually, of everything I do: helping accomplished people close the gap between looking successful and feeling aligned.

"When we're born, we're whole, beautiful, no restrictions, no limitations. Then with time, the whole becomes fragmented. My work is to sit with you to remove the layers so you can become whole again."

The psychology behind the work

My background is in psychology, and it's the most powerful thing I bring to my clients. Twenty-plus years of training in human behavior lets me see the root causes in patterns, belief systems, and relational dynamics, not just the symptoms. Most coaching works on external skills: communication, strategy, tactics. I work at the level of the beliefs and patterns that produce those outputs. That's the depth typical executive coaching cannot reach, and the reason my clients' change lasts.

Coaching with me is focused on growth, leadership, and future-focused transformation. My work is rooted in evidence-based psychological principles, executive coaching, and positive psychology, with the depth to recognize what is happening underneath.

What typical coaching does, and what I do differently

Typical executive coaching
- Addresses surface-level skills and tactics
- Communication frameworks and strategy tools
- Puts a Band-Aid on symptoms
- Change that fades when the program ends
Coaching with Lisa
- Examines the underlying beliefs and patterns
- Identifies root cause: conditioning and core programming
- Works from the inside out
- Change that holds because the source is addressed

THE WORK

The three patterns I work with most

High achievers are often rewarded for the very patterns that quietly cap them. Naming the pattern is the first step to neutralizing it.

Imposter Syndrome

Two cycles: perfectionism, overdoing without ever integrating success, and procrastination, self-sabotage that avoids success altogether.

People-Pleasing

Appears as helpfulness on the surface. Underneath, it leads to resentment, burnout, and misalignment.

Over-Functioning

Never stopping. Often externally rewarded, which makes it the hardest pattern to recognize as a problem.
