Executive coaching for organizations in Houston

Develop the leaders your organization needs next.

Leadership coaching, workshops and consulting for HR leaders, senior leaders and CEOs who want to grow the people they already have. Confidential one-on-one coaching. Clear goals. In Houston and around the world.

Quick answer

What is sponsored executive coaching?

Sponsored executive coaching is one-on-one coaching that an organization pays for to develop a leader it wants to keep, with goals agreed by the leader, the sponsor and the coach.

The sponsor sees progress on agreed goals. The leader keeps a private space to do real work. Lisa Reyna is based in Houston and works with organizations in Houston and around the world, in person or virtual.

The program

Own Your Brilliance™

Lisa's signature coaching program comes in two versions. Own Your Brilliance™ in Leadership is the version organizations sponsor for their leaders. Own Your Brilliance™ in Career is for individuals.

Six months of confidential one-on-one coaching that works from the inside out. The focus is on four outcomes: confidence, presence, resilience and effectiveness.

Questions

What organizations ask

All questions
What does HR see, and what stays confidential?

Coaching conversations stay between Lisa and the leader. Before the first session, the sponsor, the leader and Lisa agree in writing on goals and on what gets shared. HR receives progress on agreed goals, attendance and themes the leader chooses to share. HR does not receive session content.

How is progress shared?

At kickoff, the leader and sponsor agree on a few observable goals. Progress on those goals is shared at agreed check-ins during the engagement. Session content stays confidential.

Which leaders are the best fit?

High-potential and senior leaders you want to keep and grow. Common moments include a recent promotion, a stretch role, early signs of burnout or a leader who needs more presence in senior rooms. Coaching is offered as an investment in growth, never as a performance improvement plan.

How do we start?

The first step is a discovery call about your goals, your leaders and your vendor needs. A written proposal follows with scope, timeline and deliverables.

What vendor documents can you provide?

On request, Lisa provides a W-9, a mutual confidentiality agreement and a written proposal for procurement.

When is coaching a better choice than a workshop or mentoring?

When the challenge is personal to one leader. A workshop builds shared skills. Mentoring passes on experience. Coaching works on how this leader thinks, decides and leads under pressure, with goals tied to their role and your priorities. Many organizations use all three.
