  • A deep-dive leadership development series that explores the psychological roots of imposter syndrome and helps participants overcome patterns of self-doubt, perfectionism, procrastination, and self-sabotage. This program empowers participants to shift into confident, values-aligned leadership.

    Focus: Building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and authentic confidence

    Modules: 16 sessions or 2 hour introductory workshop

    Topics include: History of Imposter Syndrome, Psychological Roots, Saboteur Patterns, Overwork & Perfectionism Cycles, Procrastination, Rewriting Inner Narrative, Confident Leadership, Time Management

    Format: Weekly 60-minute sessions over 4 months (flexible)

    Coaching: Optional 1:1 coaching (2 hours/month per participant)

    Target Participants: Emerging Leaders, Senior Leaders, Entrepreneurs, Professionals, and Executives

  • An evidence-based journey into self-mastery, designed to improve individual well-being while fostering a culture of happiness and sustainable performance.

    This program equips leaders with tools to manage stress, increase resilience, and better balance the demands of leadership.

    Focus: Personal well-being, emotional mastery, stress management, and self-awareness

    Modules: 8 Modules – Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment, Health

    Format: Group Training of 2-hour sessions (2 times a month) over 4 months

    Coaching: 2 hours/month per participant

    Target Participants: Senior Leaders, Emerging Leaders, Entrepreneurs, Professionals, and Executives

  • A transformative experience designed to help leaders understand and elevate how they build trust, communicate, and lead through human connection. Drawing from attachment theory and relational psychology, this program explores how early relational models shape leadership behaviors—and how to rewire them for better team culture and collaboration.

    Focus: Relational intelligence, trust-building, communication, and emotional agility in teams

    Topics: Attachment Styles, Internal Working Models (IWMs), Self/Other Orientation, Emotional Triggers, Psychological Safety

    Format: 6 core sessions or a 2-hour introductory training

    Frequency: Bi-weekly 2 hour training over 4 months

    Coaching: Optional 1:1 coaching (2 hours/month per participant)

WORKSHOPS

  • Learn to recognize your self-sabotaging mental patterns and build the mental fitness required to lead with resilience and clarity. Includes an introduction to the Captain (inner leader) model and the Imposter Syndrome Cycle.

  • Build foundational understanding of mental health in the workplace, including

    common diagnoses like anxiety and depression. This workshop helps leaders recognize signs, reduce stigma, and prioritize support and self-care.

  • Struggle to find meaning and purpose in their work and decreased overall job satisfaction and fulfillment.

  • Learn to lead with calm and clarity using CBT and the A-B-B-C method to

    regulate emotional reactions and de-escalate stressful situations. This workshop

    supports presence, focus, and thoughtful leadership decision-making.

  • Career assessment to provide leaders with deep insights into their personality, communication preferences, interests, and top 10 best-fit career roles.
