Position Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Houston, TX (Flexible remote work with occasional in-person meetings)

SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY

Lisa Reyna and the Leadership Happiness Institute™ are seeking a strategic, conversion-focused Part-Time Social Media Manager to drive audience growth, brand authority, and client acquisition across key social platforms.

This role is not about posting for vanity metrics. It is about turning content into conversations, conversations into leads, and leads into clients—for both individual coaching and organizational partnerships.

You will own the social media strategy, execution, optimization, and performance tracking, ensuring every piece of content aligns with our thought leadership, coaching philosophy, and revenue goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Social Media Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with client acquisition goals

  • Identify ideal audiences for:

    • High-achieving professionals & executives (Lisa Reyna brand)

    • Organizations, HR leaders, and leadership teams (Leadership Happiness Institute™)

  • Establish content pillars tied to leadership, confidence, imposter syndrome, well-being, and purpose-driven success

  • Monitor trends, platform shifts, and content formats to maximize reach and conversion

2. Content Planning & Execution

  • Create and manage a weekly and monthly content calendar

  • Produce or oversee short-form video, carousels, static posts, captions, and story content

  • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms

  • Repurpose long-form content into high-performing social assets

3. Audience Engagement & Community Building

  • Manage comments, DMs, and interactions to build trust and credibility

  • Engage in conversations that move prospects into the client journey

  • Support collaborations and visibility opportunities

4. Client Conversion & Lead Generation

  • Create content pathways that drive:

    • Discovery calls

    • Email opt-ins and lead magnets

    • Program, workshop, and corporate inquiries

  • Optimize CTAs, bio links, and funnels

  • Update and support landing pages, links, and CTAs in Squarespace

  • Track lead sources and conversion performance

5. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Track reach, engagement, profile visits, link clicks, and leads

  • Deliver monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations

  • Test, refine, and optimize content for continuous growth and conversion

  • Instagram

  • LinkedIn

  • Facebook

  • YouTube Shorts / repurposed video content (as applicable)

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strategic, creative, and results-driven

  • Comfortable with human-centered leadership and coaching brands

  • Strong communicator with an eye for both messaging and metrics

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing social media for personal brands or service-based businesses

  • Client acquisition and conversion-focused mindset

  • Strong copywriting and CTA skills

  • Proficiency in Instagram and LinkedIn growth

  • Experience with scheduling and analytics tools

  • Must be able to work confidently in Squarespace (landing pages, CTAs, lead forms, booking flows)

  • Understanding of funnels and discovery call workflows

Bonus (Nice to Have)

  • Executive coaching, leadership, or psychology-based brand experience

  • Video editing or short-form video expertise

  • Launch or campaign support experience
